Having recently purchased a home using one of your Realtors, Pat Savage, I thought I should mention how favorable an experience it was.  I met Pat quite by chance while she was holding an open house.  Even though my initial interest in the house was decidely casual, Pat followed up with detailed answers to my questions, requiring her to research certain construction details with the builder and get other information from the HOA, for example.  Pat was able to consistently address my concerns and subsequent questions without ever being pushy, which made her a pleasure to work with.

During the process of making the offer through signing with the title company, Pat stayed on top of all the details, anticipating potential problems and all the while thoroughly explaining the process steps.  All in all, purchasing this home was a pleasant and low-stress experience, with no nasty surprises.  I would recommend Pat to anyone buying or selling a home.

I would like to take a minute to tell you what an outstanding job my Realtor, Pat Savage, did for me.

From the beginning, Pat was full of information about the house buying process, going over things step by step.  At the same time, she was full of energy and always available to look at properties.  We looked at many and then one day she called and said she had viewed a house she thought I would be intersted in.  That is the house where I live today.

There is much more to the story though.  Pat was there working through all the bids for repairable items with tradesmen to acquire bids & writing up proposals with me.

It was a lot of work for Pat, but she was there until the end.  I am very glad she was my Realtor.  She gave me good advice and recommended  trandesman that were also a great source of information during the buying process.  I have since hired a "handyman" recommended by Pat to do repairs on my home and he has been great!

I give Pat my highest recomendations.  To top it off, she made some excellent desserts for the housewarming party she gave.  Pat did an outstanding job for me.

Well, yesterday it finally happened.  I signed the closing papers and purchased the house that Wanda and you have been working on for me.  It was a challenging process for all of us, with a couple of offers and several new learning experiences.  I thank you for mentoring Wanda through her first sale, and for helping me to understand all the in's and out's of my purchase.  Particularly, thank you for suggesting to Wanda that I use Jolin Berestoff for my financing.  I got a loan I am happy with, and the service I expected, but, did not get from my earlier mortgage provider.

In September, I had the pleasure to meet and work with Pat Savage.  We had decided to do a 1031 exchange of like rental properties.  It was very educational for myself and Pat.  With Pat's high energy level and efficiency, we completed the sale of one property and purchased the property that we actually desired.

It is hard to believe how time consuming looking for and buying a residence can be.  Pat's assistance in pulling out listings that she thought I would be interested in was punctual and usually faster than I had anticipated, and kept me motivated as well.

During some of the final peperwork days, I was scheduled for a family vacation.  Pat was there to help me in any way she could.  I felt confident in her ability to leave her some of the information I thought the finance company might request and Pat was able to take care of everything for me with just a phone call.

I do currently have property in the Tigard Triangle area and will be looking to Pat for her help once again to sell it and acquire new property.  I know Pat will continue to excel in the real estate market place.

I wanted to thank you for giving me the names you recommend, Pat Savage responded to our inquiry.  I want to share with you how wonderful job she has done!!  My husband's aunt's house in San Diego was sold and I found two houses in Beaverton for rent this month.  I think the closing date for all three houses will be either 28th or 31st.  Pat made it happen!  Wasting no time, it's been a precisely coordinated flow of three steps...sell-buy-rent.
